Stunning SABER arrived as a VERY feral boy. After a long stint in quarantine we decided to move him into ‘general population’. He didn’t seem to mind other cats but just wasn’t fond of people touching him. Once in the big cat room with the other cats he really started to show his true colours. He went from not wanting to be touched to sitting on your lap and demanding to be petted! He loves winding himself around your legs and getting as much attention as possible. He does NOT like being picked up so it’s important to let him move at his own pace. He won’t try to smack you around but does stiffen up and might panic. SABER is just about 2 years old and is neutered, vaccinated and dewormed. He does like other cats and enjoys playtime but would be okay as an only cat too. We are not sure how he is with dogs. SABER needs patient people that won’t force him to do anything. This means a home with NO younger children who may want to try to carry him around. He also needs to remain INDOORS ONLY as i think he could revert back to semi feral if left to his own outside. Once SABER meets you, he instantly wants affection. I believe he will be a total snugglebug after awhile since he has come along so far and fast in a fairly short time.
