What to do if you have lost an animal…

1. Let us know, we can post a picture for you on our website and our FaceBook Page
2. Call your local animal control officer; if you aren’t sure where to phone, contact us and we will give you the information as there are different officers for different areas.
3. Check with the vet clinic. They often act as the pound for cats and dogs.
4. ​Put up posters around your area, advertise on Valley Biz or other venues. ​

What to do if you have found a lost animal…

1. If you can hang on to the animal, do so and call your local Animal Control Officer (ACO). We can provide the name and number of the person to call. If you can’t get in touch with the ACO, call us and we may be able to help you.
2. Send us a photo and we can help try to locate the owner through our website and FaceBook page.
3. Advertise yourself with posters or Valley Biz, or other venues.

Please do NOT drop off animals at our location. New animals have to be quarantined. The animal you find could be sick, or a carrier of disease without being sick. They can and will make other animals sick. We want to keep our shelter healthy!
